No, you can only delete your AS files, so it is empty.
If you haven't logged in for 180 days, they reserve the right to delete you according to their help file:

Shutterfly reserves the right to cancel the service or to close inactive accounts for more than 180 days. We may do so at our own discretion when we send you a notice email to the address you used to create your account. If you do not respond to the email within 10 days, your account and the images contained in it may be deleted.
However, we are not actively enforcing this policy. If we decide to implement this policy, we will notify our customers in a timely manner.
